Vintage Faux bone cicada brooch, insect pin

A fab vintage ivorine or faux bone resin cicada brooch.

Made in an Art Nouveau style, this is a later vintage piece made from molded resin and painted in a warm creamy beige.

It is a medium size fairly lightweight brooch and has a brass safety style pin and catch fastener.

Unmarked c1980s

Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light wear and signs of use, glue visible near the pin fastener.

Approx 0.75" width / 1.65" height.
