Customs charges and fees -
We are not liable for any additional fees incurred as a result of customs or import charges, it is the duty of the customer to research what the applicable fees may be for their local area prior to purchase, these rates can vary from country to country and local area, please check this before placing an order, customers are liable for these charges should they arise, we do not cover any customs or import fees.
Shipping charges -
We do not charge any additional shipping costs, shipping is free of charge to the customer but this does not include any additional fees that may arise as a result of customs or import fees, please see the customs charges section.

Shipping times vary dependant on customer location.
Items are shipped within one business day of receiving payment.

Europe: 7-14 business days

We will always endeavour to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Shipping general -
We use a variety of couriers but mainly Royal Mail and DHL for both domestic and international orders.
For all domestic and international orders over £50 GBP we use a tracked and/or signed for service and you will receive a tracking number.
If you have not received your order in the maximum amount of allotted days as advised on your order dispatch information then please get in touch.
We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the shipping address you provide for your order.
If your item arrives damaged then please get in touch as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage and packaging, this helps to speed up the claim process.
Please note that claims for lost, delayed or damaged packages are handled directly through the chosen courier and this can take up to 30 working days to process.
