An attractive antique Edwardian era Amethyst paste brooch.

It is an oval shaped brooch with a pretty faceted cut purple paste with rich tones.

Set into a gilt metal setting with an old c type pin and clasp fastener.

Lovely rich hues and flashes of light from the facets.

Edwardian era c1900s, looks great adorning a lapel.

Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some light wear to the metal and wear to the gilding, signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
