Antique Irish Sacred Heart Association bronze medallion pendant

A wonderful and rare antique Irish Sacred Heart Association bronze medallion.

A very scarce find this solid bronze medal is a lozenge shape, quite heavy featuring a flaming heart on one side and Jesus on the other.

The image with the flaming heart alone has text that reads; " Association in honor of the sacred heart of Jesus".

The image of Jesus on the other side shows him holding his heart and this side reads; "Behold this heart which has so much loved man".

It has a small integral loop to attach to a jump ring or chain and it would look amazing on a nice antique long chain.

Condition:
Good used condition overall with some signs of use and wear, some rubbing to the images and text, wear and patina to the bronze.
