Vintage 1920's batiste cotton day dress, summer day dress

A sweet 1920's floral batiste cotton day dress.

Fine soft batiste cotton with an off white ground, floral skirt with a pink and purple hued floral print.

It has a strip of floral running up the bodice which is edged in a cream lace.

The sleeves are very short, capped sleeves and both the sleeves and neckline are trimmed in the floral print cotton.

Slightly sheer and very lightweight, perfect for the summer months, you may want to wear a slip underneath.

No labels, no fasteners, you will need to be able to slip this over your head and shoulders.

Condition: Good used condition overall, two brown marks on one side on the shoulder area, a few tiny pin holes.

It has not been cleaned by us so may require cleaning prior to use, will need ironing / hanging following travel.
