Vintage 1920s cobalt blue velvet cloche hat

A beautiful vintage late 1920s era cloche hat.

A deep bucket style cloche hat with a short floppy brim in a rich cobalt blue.

The hat has a woven half band with fanned detailing and this spans around one half of the hat.

It has a fairly long and very soft nap.

No labels, c1920s.

Condition:
Good used condition overall, some signs of use and wear commensurate with age, some undone threads near the fanned detailing, a few light marks
