Vintage 1930s Black beadwork shawl, Art Deco

A large vintage late 1930s, Black silk blend shawl.

It is a solid black shawl with a gorgeous beadwork design to one corner, the beads are clear and black and shimmer in the light, it has very long black tassles.

This is a great size and can be doubled over and still appear at full size, perfect for a cover up for the cooler autumn or spring evenings.

It is made from a silk blend fabric, smooth and soft but strong, the beads are made from plastic.

Condition: Good used condition overall, one or two tiny pin holes, a couple of knots in some tassle, it is missing some beads at the bottom.

Approx 44" x 46" with a 20" fringe drop.
