Vintage 30s French shawl, burnt orange crepe

A beautiful French vintage shawl, large burnt orange silk crepe shawl, rectangular in shape with classic long silk tassles.

Light and bright perfect for a summer cover up or on the beach.

There are some defects on it, there is a 1" x 1" white cotton repair, some dark spot stains around 3" faded, may wash out but present, there is another white cotton repair slightly larger on the same side on the opposite corner it has come undone a little so there is a small tear and around 4 small holes mostly near to the repair, defects shown in the photos.

Despite the defects it is a very beautiful piece and the majority can be hidden when draping / wrapping the shawl.

Approx 57" x 28" with a 15" fringe drop.
