Vintage c1960s Gucci navy leather handbag

A rare vintage c1960s Gucci navy leather handbag.

It is a shoulder or Crossbody style bag, small sized with a long strap, the front has an envelope style closure with a gold tone half horsebit embellishment.

The long leather handle can be detached to turn this into a clutch and the strap fastens with gold tone stirrup style clips.

It has a blue suede lining and a gold tone branding to the interior, made in Italy by Gucci, 26.

Internally it has a zip compartment.

The older Gucci pieces are highly sought after and increasingly hard to find.

It does have age commensurate wear, detailed below in the condition report but this is a great collectable piece.

Condition:
Fair used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, signs of wear, it has quite a few surface scratches to the leather front and back, a little wear and scuffing around the edges and the clasp does not hold well / tight and easily comes open.
