Vintage D'Orlan Bird brooch, enamelled and diamante

A gorgeous vintage bird brooch by D'Orlan Jewellery company. 

Produced in the 1980's this magnificent piece is sure to stand out no matter which way it is worn, whether on the lapel, or as a hair ornament, it's absolutely beautiful. 

Very well manufactured as you can expect with D'Orlan jewellery, it's made from a quite heavy gold tone metal with a safety catch and pin fastener. 

It is marked with the branding on the reverse. 

The bird is enamelled in rich cobalt blue and forest green enamels with diamante highlights for added sparkle. 

Condition:
Good used condition overall, slight signs of use and wear but nothing major

1.9" length at the longest point 
1.25" width at the widest point
