Vintage Micro Mosaic brooch, floral, Italian

A beautiful vintage c1940s Micro Mosaic brooch.

Painstakingly created in Italy from many tiny of pieces of ceramic and laid out in a pretty floral design with a rich royal blue border.

The micro mosaic is set into a rectangular shaped gold tone metal frame with a rope twist design border.

It has a trombone style clasp and pin fastener.

Unmarked.

A very pretty example, well made and a nice design.

Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light wear to the tessera, no apparent missing pieces.

Approx 2" width / 1" height.
