Vintage monochrome cloche hat, cellophane straw, Deep

A fantastic vintage c1960s ladies monochrome cloche hat.

This is a deep cloche style hat with a black grosgrain band around the crown with a black bow to the side.

It is made from black and off white lacquered cellophane straw and this gives it a really striking look.

No labels, c1960s, this is a small size.

Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some signs of use and wear commensurate with age, the band is a little twisted, the clear lacquer on the straw is flaking and peeling significantly.
